"Super quick delivery"
I ordered from scanpan.com the shipping was quicker than I thought it would be. I got the tracking info pretty much straight away, and the parcel showed up in good condition. No fuss, no hassle. It all went really smoothly, so yeah, I’m happy with the experience.

"Eggs finally don’t stick"
Well... I’m happy with this. I’ve made eggs a few times now and they slide right off without sticking, which is exactly what I needed.

I’ve been using this for eggs and chicken, and it cooks everything sorta evenly with no hot spots so far. Cleanup has been easy too, which is always a plus.

"Pricey, but probably worth it"
I’ll admit, I second-guessed spending this much on a pan at first. It’s definitely not cheap. But after using it, I kind of get it now, it cooks really well and feels solid, like it’ll hold up for years. So yeah, I think it was worth the money.

I’ve used these pans a ton and they’re still cooking really well. From how sturdy they feel and how evenly they heat, I’d assume they’re built to last. No complaints so far.

"Warranty support was fair, but a bit slow"
To be fair, they did end up taking care of my warranty claim, so I can’t say it was a bad experience overall. I just had to follow up with customer service a couple of times, and the whole process took longer than I expected. It worked out in the end, but I do think the communication could’ve been better.

"It Cleans, But Don’t Expect Too Much"
It does an okay job with cleaning, but you still have to do some scrubbing to really get things looking good. I think it’s only fair to expect a cleaning product to handle the basics without making you work too hard, so this one is just alright for me
